कपोती-विलापः स्वर्गसंयोगश्च
The Dove’s Lament and Celestial Reunion
नैव तस्य सुद्गत् वश्रिन्न सम्बन्धी न बान्धवा: । स हि तैः सम्परित्यक्तस्तेन रौद्रेण कर्मणा,उसके न कोई सुहृद, न सम्बन्धी और न भाई-बन्धु ही थे। उसके भयानक क्रूर-कर्मके कारण सबने उसे त्याग दिया था
naiva tasya suhṛd vaśrinn sambandhī na bāndhavāḥ | sa hi taiḥ samparityaktas tena raudreṇa karmaṇā ||
Bhishma dit : « En vérité, il n’avait ni ami bienveillant, ni parent, ni proche pour le soutenir. Car, à cause de cette conduite farouche et cruelle, tous l’avaient entièrement abandonné. »
