Dasyu-maryādā and Buddhi-guided Rāja-nīti (दस्युमर्यादा तथा बुद्धिप्रधान-राजनीति)
भीष्म उवाच सैवमुक्त्वा शकुनिका ब्रह्मुदत्तं नराधिप । राजानं समनुज्ञाप्य जगामाभीप्सितां दिशम्,भीष्मजी कहते हैं--नरेश्वर! राजा ब्रह्मदत्तसे ऐसा कहकर वह पूजनी चिड़िया उनसे विदा ले अभीष्ट दिशाको चली गयी
bhīṣma uvāca | saivam uktvā śakunikā brahmadattaṃ narādhipa | rājānaṃ samanujñāpya jagāmābhīpsitāṃ diśam ||
Bhīṣma dit : «Ô roi, après avoir ainsi parlé au roi Brahmadatta, cet oiseau vénérable prit congé de lui avec l’autorisation requise, puis s’en alla dans la direction qu’il désirait.»
