पिता हि राजा राष्ट्रस्य प्रजानां यो5नुकम्पन: । तस्मिन् मिथ्याविनीतो हि तिर्यग् गच्छति मानव:
Translation
Le roi qui a compassion de ses sujets est, pour son royaume, comme un père. Celui qui lui manifeste une disposition mensongère, cet homme, dans une autre naissance, tombe dans la condition des bêtes.
