saṅkṣepo nītiśāstrāṇām aviśvāsaḥ paro mataḥ

Translation

Lomaśa dit : «En bref, la conclusion suprême de tous les traités de gouvernement et d’éthique est celle-ci : ne fais pas confiance à la légère ; la défiance vigilante est la politique la plus haute.»
