न धन यज्ञशीलानां हार्य देवस्वमेव च । दस्यूनां निष्क्रियाणां च क्षत्रियो हर्तुमहति
Translation
«Un roi kṣatriya ne doit pas prendre les biens des dvija voués au sacrifice (yajña), ni porter la main sur les richesses consacrées aux dieux (devadravya). Mais il peut confisquer les biens des brigands et de ceux qui demeurent dans l’inaction et la paresse.»
