नैवमित्येव शंसन्तो जैगीषव्यं महामुनिम्‌ । नात:ः परतरं किंचित्‌ तुल्यमस्ति प्रभावत:

Transliteration

naivam ity eva śaṃsanto jaigīṣavyaṃ mahāmunim | nātaḥ parataraṃ kiṃcit tulyam asti prabhāvataḥ ||

Translation

Déclarant : « Il n’en est pas ainsi—en vérité ! », ils parlèrent du grand sage Jaigīṣavya. « Au-delà de lui, rien n’est plus élevé ; en puissance et en efficacité spirituelle, nul ne l’égale. »
