प्राप्तवान् परमां सिद्धि परं योगं च भारत । भारत! इन सब बातोंको सोच-विचारकर देवलने जो संन्यास लेनेका ही निश्चय किया, उससे उन्होंने परमसिद्धि और उत्तम योगको प्राप्त कर लिया ।। ६३ $ ।। ततो देवा: समागम्य बृहस्पतिपुरोगमा:
prāptavān paramāṃ siddhiṃ paraṃ yogaṃ ca bhārata | tato devāḥ samāgamya bṛhaspatipurogamāḥ ||
Vaiśampāyana dit : « Ô Bhārata, après avoir tout pesé et s’être résolu à prendre le saṃnyāsa, Devala obtint la perfection suprême et la plus haute discipline du yoga. Alors les dieux s’assemblèrent, avec Bṛhaspati à leur tête. »
