साब्रवीत्‌ पृथुताम्राक्षी देवं सप्तर्षिसंसदि । भगवान्‌ यदि मे प्रीतस्तीर्थ स्पादिदमद्भुतम्‌

sābravīt pṛthutāmrākṣī devaṃ saptarṣi-saṃsadi | bhagavān yadi me prītas tīrtha-spād idam adbhutam ||

Vaiśampāyana dit : Alors la dame aux larges yeux, rouges comme le cuivre, s’adressa au dieu dans l’assemblée des Sept Ṛṣi : « Ô Seigneur Bienheureux, si tu es satisfait de moi, qu’à ton toucher surgisse ici ce tīrtha merveilleux, ce gué sacré. »
