पुष्टिद्युतिस्तथा कीर्ति: सिद्धिर्बद्धिरुमा तथा । त्वमेव वाणी स्वाहा त्वं तवायत्तमिदं जगत्
puṣṭi-dyutis tathā kīrtiḥ siddhir buddhir umā tathā | tvam eva vāṇī svāhā tvaṃ tavāyattam idaṃ jagat ||
Vasiṣṭha dit : « Tu es la nourriture et l’éclat ; tu es la renommée ; tu es la réussite et l’intelligence ; tu es aussi Umā. Toi seule es la Parole (Vāc), et tu es Svāhā, le cri sacré de l’offrande. De toi dépend ce monde entier, et sous ta souveraineté il demeure. »
