ते सर्वे स्वर्गते तस्मिंस्तस्य पुत्रानपूजयन् । राजन! उन महात्मा गौतमके यजमान जो राजा लोग थे, वे सब उनके स्वर्गवासी हो जानेपर उनके पुत्रोंका ही आदर-सत्कार करने लगे
te sarve svargate tasmiṁs tasya putrān apūjayan | rājan |
Vaiśampāyana dit : «Ô roi, lorsque ce grand être fut monté au ciel, tous ces rois—qui avaient jadis été les yajamāna, les patrons des sacrifices de Gautama—reportèrent leur révérence et leur hospitalité sur ses fils.»
