स्वागतेन च ते तत्र प्रतिपूज्य समन््तत:,वे सब नरेश सब ओरसे स्वागतपूर्वक समादर करके वहाँ महात्मा रोहिणीपुत्र बलरामजीसे बोले--“महाबाहो! युद्ध देखिये”
svāgatena ca te tatra pratipūjya samantataḥ, te sarve nareśāḥ sarvataḥ svāgatapūrvakaṃ samādaraṃ kṛtvā tatra mahātmā rohiṇīputraṃ balarāmaṃ ūcuḥ—“mahābāho! yuddhaṃ paśya.”
Sañjaya dit : Là, on l’accueillit et on l’honora de toutes parts. Tous les rois, après lui avoir offert des salutations respectueuses et la révérence due, s’adressèrent au magnanime Balarāma, fils de Rohiṇī : «Ô toi aux bras puissants, contemple la bataille.»
संजय उवाच
Even in wartime, dharma expresses itself through proper conduct—welcoming guests, honoring elders, and maintaining royal decorum. Respect is shown not because conflict is absent, but because ethical order is upheld amid conflict.
The assembled kings receive Balarāma with formal honors and then invite him to witness the battle, addressing him respectfully as “mighty-armed,” indicating his stature and the significance of his presence.
