शल्यस्य पाण्डवसेनापीडनम् — Śalya’s Assault on the Pāṇḍava Host
with Omens and Bhīma’s Counter
स शरै: सर्वतो विद्ध: प्रह्दष्ट इव पाण्डव: । अन्यत् कार्मुकमादाय रथमारुह्य वेगवान्
sa śaraiḥ sarvato viddhaḥ prahṛṣṭa iva pāṇḍavaḥ | anyat kārmukam ādāya ratham āruhya vegavān
Sañjaya dit : Bien que percé de flèches de toutes parts, le Pāṇḍava semblait comme transporté d’ardeur. Saisissant un autre arc, le guerrier rapide remonta sur son char—témoignant d’une résolution inébranlable au cœur de la souffrance et refusant de céder.
