अध्याय ९ — दुर्योधनस्य अन्त्यावस्था, विलापः, तथा सौप्तिक-प्रतिवृत्तम्
Duryodhana’s Final Condition, Lamentation, and the Night’s Report
द्रौपदेया हता: सर्वे धृष्टद्युम्नस्थ चात्मजा: । पज्चाला निहता: सर्वे मत्स्यशेषं च भारत
sañjaya uvāca | draupadeyā hatāḥ sarve dhṛṣṭadyumnasya cātmajāḥ | pāñcālā nihatāḥ sarve matsyaśeṣaṃ ca bhārata ||
Sañjaya dit : «Tous les fils de Draupadī ont été tués, et de même les fils de Dhṛṣṭadyumna. Tous les Pāñcāla ont été exterminés, ô Bhārata, et même les troupes restantes du royaume de Matsya ont été balayées.»
