वारुणी सभा — Varuṇa’s Divine Assembly
Nārada’s Description
स्रग्विणो दिव्यगन्धाश्न दिव्यगन्धानुलेपना: । आदित्यास्तत्र वरुणं जलेश्वरमुपासते,उस सभामें दिव्य हार, दिव्य सुगन्ध तथा दिव्य चन्दनका अंगराग धारण करनेवाले आदित्यगण जलके स्वामी वरुणकी उपासना करते हैं
sragviṇo divyagandhāś ca divyagandhānulepanāḥ | ādityās tatra varuṇaṃ jaleśvaram upāsate ||
Nārada dit : Dans cette assemblée céleste, les Āditya—parés de guirlandes divines, embaumés de parfums du ciel et oints de pâte de santal sacrée—rendent un culte à Varuṇa, seigneur des eaux. La scène souligne l’ordre hiérarchique du cosmos : même les grandes divinités honorent le souverain légitime d’un domaine par un service empreint de révérence.
