Proposal for a Renewed Dice Game
विदुर उवाच दुर्विभाषं भाषितं त्वादृशेन न मन्द सम्बुध्यसि पाशबद्ध: । प्रपाते त्वं लम्बमानो न वेत्सि व्याप्रान मृरः कोपयसे5तिवेलम्
vidura uvāca durvibhāṣaṃ bhāṣitaṃ tvādṛśena na manda saṃbudhyasi pāśabaddhaḥ | prapāte tvaṃ lambamāno na vetsi vyāprān mṛgaḥ kopayase'tivelam ||
Vidura dit : « De la bouche d’un homme tel que toi sont sorties des paroles si dures et si indignes, et pourtant tu ne comprends pas, car tu es lié par le nœud coulant (de l’illusion et de l’attachement). Suspendu au-dessus d’un précipice, tu ne vois pas ton péril ; tel une bête aux abois, tu attises la colère au-delà de toute mesure. »
