दिष्ट्या भीमेन बलवाञ्जरासंधो निपातित: । राजानो मोक्षिताश्वैव बन्धनान्नपसत्तम,“नृपश्रेष्ठ सौभाग्यकी बात है कि महाबली भीमसेनने जरासंधको मार गिराया और समस्त राजाओंको उसकी कैदसे छुड़ा दिया
diṣṭyā bhīmena balavān jarāsaṃdho nipātitaḥ | rājāno mokṣitāś caiva bandhanān nṛpasattama ||
«Par heureuse fortune, ô le meilleur des rois : le puissant Jarāsandha a été terrassé par Bhīma ; et les rois, eux aussi, ont été délivrés de sa captivité.»
