Tous les rois se placeront sous son commandement, comme tout être incarné est régi par Vāyu—âme de tous les vivants—qui se meut dans le corps et en soutient la vie.
श्रीकृष्ण उवाच
The verse teaches that rightful, dharma-aligned authority can be as universally binding as a natural law: just as the vital wind governs embodied life from within, so a legitimate ruler’s command can bring other rulers into orderly compliance.
Śrī Kṛṣṇa is describing the extent of a particular person’s sovereignty, asserting that other kings will become subject to his command, illustrated through the analogy of all embodied beings depending upon and being governed by Vāyu (the vital air).
