The verse highlights Brahmā’s role as the cosmic progenitor: creation is sustained continuously through divine power (devamāyā), and the creator’s sovereignty is portrayed as solitary and uninterrupted—underscoring the vastness of cosmic order beyond human courts and politics.
Nārada describes what is present within that extraordinary assembly-hall: Brahmā, called the grandsire of all worlds, is depicted as seated there, alone and ever-active, continuously producing the universe through divine māyā.
