Description of Kubera’s Assembly Hall
नानाप्रहरणैरुग्रैर्वातिरिव महाजवै: । वृतः सखायमन्वास्ते सदैव धनदं नूप,नृपश्रेष्ठ लाखों भूतसमूहोंसे घिरे हुए उग्र धनुर्थर महाबली पशुपति (जीवोंके स्वामी), शूलधारी, भगदेवताके नेत्र नष्ट करनेवाले तथा त्रिलोचन भगवान् उमापति और क्लेशरहित देवी पार्वती ये दोनों, वामन, विकट, कुब्ज, लाल नेत्रोंवाले, महान् कोलाहल करनेवाले, मेदा और मांस खानेवाले, अनेक प्रकारके अस्त्र-शस्त्र धारण करनेवाले तथा वायुके समान महान् वेगशाली भयानक भूत-प्रेतादिके साथ उस सभामें सदैव धन देनेवाले अपने मित्र कुबेरके पास बैठते हैं
nānāpraharaṇair ugrair vātir iva mahājavaiḥ | vṛtaḥ sakhāyam anvāste sadaiva dhanadaṃ nṛpaśreṣṭha ||
Nārada dit : Ô meilleur des rois, entouré d’auxiliaires farouches portant maintes armes redoutables, rapides comme le vent, il siège toujours tout près de son ami Dhanada (Kubera), le dispensateur de richesses.
