Vasudeva–Arjuna Dialogue in the Aftermath of Dvārakā
वीरहीनं वृद्धबालं पौरजानपदास्तथा । ययुस्ते परिवार्याथ कलत्नत्रं पार्थशासनात्,अर्जुनकी आज्ञासे अन्धकों और वृष्णियोंके नौकर, घुड़सवार, रथी तथा नगर और प्रान्तके लोग बूढ़े और बालकोंसे युक्त विधवा स्त्रियोंको चारों ओरसे घेरकर चलने लगे
vīrahīnaṃ vṛddhabālaṃ paurajānāpadās tathā | yayus te parivāryātha kalatrāṇi pārthaśāsanāt ||
Vaiśampāyana dit : Privés de leurs guerriers et accompagnés des vieillards et des enfants, les citadins et les gens des campagnes avancèrent, entourant les femmes de toutes parts, conformément à l’ordre d’Arjuna.
