Shloka 111

विशिष्टतरमेव त्वं कर्तुमहसि पाण्डव । “कुन्तीनन्दन! जिस मार्गपर कायर चला करते हैं, उसीपर तुम भी न चलो; क्योंकि तुम युद्धकर्ममें विशिष्ट वीरके रूपमें विख्यात हो। पाण्डुनन्दन! तुम्हें तो अपने-आपको और भी विशिष्ट ही सिद्ध करना चाहिये || ११० है || प्रकीर्णकेशे विमुखे ब्राह्म॒णेडथ कृताञज्जलौ

viśiṣṭataram eva tvaṁ kartum arhasi pāṇḍava | prākīrṇakeśe vimukhe brāhmaṇe ’tha kṛtāñjalau ||

Sañjaya dit : «Ô Pāṇḍava, tu dois accomplir quelque chose d’encore plus éminent. Ne suis pas la voie des lâches, car tu es renommé dans l’art de la guerre comme un héros d’une vaillance exceptionnelle. Oui, fils de Pāṇḍu, tu dois te montrer plus excellent encore.»
