पार्थश्व पुरुषव्याप्र: शरै: संनतपर्वभि: । जघान धार्तराष्ट्रस्य चतुर्विधबलां चमूम्‌,पुरुषसिंह पार्थने झुकी हुई गाँठवाले बाणोंद्वारा दुर्योधनकी चतुरंगिणी सेनाका संहार कर डाला

Transliteration

pārthaś ca puruṣavyāghraḥ śaraiḥ sannatapārṇibhiḥ | jaghāna dhārtarāṣṭrasya caturvidhabalāṃ camūm ||

Translation

Sañjaya dit : Alors Pārtha (Arjuna), tigre parmi les hommes, de ses flèches dont les hampes se courbaient aux jointures, abattit et disloqua l’armée aux quatre corps du fils de Dhṛtarāṣṭra.
