युधिष्ठिरस्य धनंजय-प्रति गर्हा
Yudhiṣṭhira’s Reproach to Dhanaṃjaya
एवं योधशतान्याजौ सहस्राण्ययुतानि च । हतानीयुर्महीं देहैर्यशसा पूरयन् दिश:
evaṁ yodhaśatāny ājau sahasrāṇy ayutāni ca | hatānīyur mahīṁ dehair yaśasā pūrayan diśaḥ ||
Sañjaya dit : «Ainsi, sur le champ de bataille, des centaines de guerriers—oui, des milliers et des dizaines de milliers—étaient tués ; la terre se couvrait de corps, tandis que les directions se remplissaient de la renommée de ceux qui tombèrent.»
