अर्जुनस्य द्रोणिप्रतिघातः कर्णोपसर्पणं च

साद्रिद्रुमार्णवा भूमि: सवाताम्बुदमम्बरम् । सार्केन्दुग्रहनक्षत्रा द्यौश्व व्यक्त विघूर्णिता,पर्वत, वृक्ष और समुद्रोंसहित पृथ्वी, वायु तथा मेघोंसहित आकाश एवं सूर्य, चन्द्रमा, ग्रह और नक्षत्रोंसहित स्वर्ग स्पष्ट ही घूमते-से जान पड़े
sādridrumārṇavā bhūmiḥ savātāmbudam ambaram | sārkendugrahanakṣatrā dyauś ca vyakta-vighūrṇitā ||
Sañjaya dit : La terre—avec ses montagnes, ses arbres et ses océans—semblait chanceler ; le ciel, chargé de vents et de nuages, paraissait lui aussi tourbillonner. Même les cieux, avec le soleil et la lune, les planètes et les constellations, donnaient l’impression de tourner à vue.
