Transliteration

astrair astrāṇi saṃvārya dviṣatāṃ sarvato 'rjunaḥ

Translation

Sañjaya dit : Arjuna, cerné de toutes parts par des guerriers ennemis, opposait arme à arme—répondant à chaque assaut par une riposte appropriée, ferme dans le devoir discipliné de la bataille.
