Chapter 79
ह्वीमन्त: सर्वशास्त्रज्ञा ज्ञानतृप्ता जितेन्द्रिया: । यां गतिं साधवो यान्ति तां गतिं व्रज पुत्रक,“बेटा! सम्पूर्ण शास्त्रोंके ज्ञाता, लज्जाशील, ज्ञानसे परितृप्त, जितेन्द्रिय श्रेष्पपुरुष जिस गतिको पाते हैं, उसीको तुम भी प्राप्त करो”
hrīmantaḥ sarvaśāstrajñā jñānatṛptā jitendriyāḥ | yāṃ gatiṃ sādhavo yānti tāṃ gatiṃ vraja putraka ||
Sañjaya dit : «Ô mon cher fils, deviens un homme de pudeur et de maîtrise de soi : connaisseur des enseignements de tous les śāstras, rassasié par la vraie connaissance, et vainqueur des sens. Va vers cet état même d’accomplissement où parviennent les vertueux.»
