Chapter 79
ऑपन-माज बछ। डे अष्टसप्ततितमो< ध्याय: सुभद्राका विलाप और श्रीकृष्णका सबको आश्वासन संजय उवाच एतच्छुत्वा वचस्तस्य केशवस्य महात्मन: । सुभद्रा पुत्रशोकार्ता विललाप सुदु:खिता,संजय कहते हैं--राजन्! महात्मा केशवका यह कथन सुनकर पुत्रशोकसे व्याकुल और अत्यन्त दुः:खित हुई सुभद्रा इस प्रकार विलाप करने लगी--
sañjaya uvāca | etac chrutvā vacas tasya keśavasya mahātmanaḥ | subhadrā putraśokārtā vilalāpa suduḥkhitā ||
Sañjaya dit : Ô roi, ayant entendu ces paroles de Keśava au grand cœur, Subhadrā—accablée par le chagrin de son fils et frappée d’une douleur extrême—se mit à se lamenter ainsi. La scène met en tension la consolation de Kṛṣṇa et l’angoisse irrépressible d’une mère au milieu des ravages de la guerre.
