सांकृते रन्तिदेवस्य यां रात्रिमतिथिवसेत्
sāṅkṛte rantidevasya yāṃ rātrim atithiv aset
Nārada dit : «Dans la tradition sacrée concernant le roi Rantideva, il est une nuit où il demeura voué au service d’un hôte».
नारद उवाच
