अपश्येतां महात्मानौ विष्वक्सेनधनंजयौ । अपूजयेतां वार्ष्णेयं ब्रवाणी साधु साध्विति

Transliteration

apaśyetāṁ mahātmānau viṣvaksenadhanañjayau | apūjayetāṁ vārṣṇeyaṁ bravāṇī sādhu sādhv iti

Translation

Sañjaya dit : Ces deux héros magnanimes—Viṣvaksena et Dhanañjaya—le virent, et ils honorèrent Vārṣṇeya (Kṛṣṇa), répétant : « Bien, bien ! ». Au cœur de la guerre, le verset met en lumière la révérence pour le conseil juste et l’élan éthique qui pousse à reconnaître ce qui mérite véritablement l’éloge.
