तथा संसक्तयुद्धं तदभवद्‌ भृशदारुणम्‌ | अथ संध्यागत: सूर्य: क्षणेन समपद्यत,इस प्रकार वह अत्यन्त भयंकर घमासान युद्ध हो ही रहा था कि क्षणभरमें प्रातःसंध्याकी वेलामें सूर्यदेवका पूर्णतः उदय हो गया

Transliteration

tathā saṁsaktayuddhaṁ tad abhavad bhṛśadāruṇam | atha saṁdhyāgataḥ sūryaḥ kṣaṇena samapadyata |

Translation

Bhima dit : «Ainsi, ce combat au corps à corps devint d’une atrocité extrême. Puis, lorsque vint l’heure du crépuscule, le Soleil —en un instant— parut pleinement dans son juste état, marquant la brusque volte du temps jusque dans la fureur de la bataille.»
