शरै: पूर्णायतोत्सूष्टैर्दरावयंस्तव वाहिनीम् । ऐसा कहकर भीमसेनने कुपित हो धनुषको पूर्णतः खींचकर छोड़े गये बाणोंद्वारा आपकी सेनाको खदेड़ते हुए द्रोणाचार्यके सैन्यदलमें प्रवेश किया
bhīmasena uvāca |
śaraiḥ pūrṇāyatotsṛṣṭair darāvayan tava vāhinīm |
Bhīmasena dit : «Par des flèches décochées à pleine traction, je briserai votre armée.» Sur ces mots, Bhīma, enflammé de colère, banda son arc jusqu’au bout et, refoulant les troupes adverses de ses traits, s’enfonça de force dans la formation de Droṇācārya.
