भीमकर्णसमागमः | Bhīma–Karṇa Encounter
तयो: समीपं सम्प्राप्य पुत्रस्ते भरतर्षभ । न चकार भयं प्राप्ते भये महति मारिष,आर्य! भरतभूषण! आपके पुत्रने उन दोनोंके समीप पहुँचकर महान् भयका अवसर प्राप्त होनेपर भी भय नहीं माना
tayōḥ samīpaṁ samprāpya putras te bharatarṣabha | na cakāra bhayaṁ prāpte bhaye mahati mārīṣa ||
Sañjaya dit : Ô taureau parmi les Bharata, ton fils, s’étant approché de ces deux-là, ne céda point à la peur, même lorsqu’un péril immense et imminent se dressa devant lui.
संजय उवाच
The verse underscores steadfast courage: even when a grave danger presents itself, a warrior committed to his role should not succumb to fear. Ethically, it praises composure and resolve under extreme pressure.
Sañjaya reports to Dhṛtarāṣṭra that his son approached two figures nearby and, despite the great peril of the moment, showed no fear—signaling boldness and readiness in the ongoing battle.
