ततः प्रदुद्रुवु: शेषास्तव पुत्रा महाहवे । त॑ कालमिव मन्यन्तो भीमसेनं महाबलम्,तब उस महायुद्धमें आपके शेष पुत्र महाबली भीमसेनको कालके समान समझकर वहाँसे भाग चले
tataḥ pradudruvuḥ śeṣās tava putrā mahāhave | taṁ kālam iva manyanto bhīmasenaṁ mahābalam ||
Sañjaya dit : Alors, dans cette grande bataille, tes fils restants prirent la fuite. Prenant le puissant Bhīmasena pour semblable à la Mort elle-même, ils s’enfuirent de ce lieu—la peur submergea leur résolution et révéla l’effondrement moral qui survient lorsque l’orgueil et l’agression se heurtent à la force juste.
