The Tumult of Battle Described
न तत्र कश्रिन्नविषण्ण आसी- दृते राजन् सोमदत्तस्य पुत्रात् । स वै समादाय थधनुर्महात्मा भूरिश्रवा भारत सौमदत्ति:
na tatra kaścidnaviṣaṇṇa āsīd ṛte rājan somadattasya putrāt | sa vai samādāya tad dhanum mahātmā bhūriśravā bhārata saumadattiḥ ||
Sañjaya dit : Ô roi, nul guerrier n’y échappait au découragement, hormis le fils de Somadatta. Ce Bhūriśravā, le Saumadatti au grand cœur, saisit son arc et s’avança résolu, incapable de supporter la vue des combattants sur chars contraints à la fuite.
