The Tumult of Battle Described
तत्र तत्र हतैश्नापि मनुष्यगजवाजिभि:
tatra tatra hataiś cāpi manuṣya-gaja-vājibhiḥ
Sañjaya dit : Çà et là, le sol était aussi jonché de morts—hommes, éléphants et chevaux—si bien que chaque direction portait la marque de la ruine du combat.
