मुहूर्तदृष्टः स मया पतितो भुवि दृश्यते । जो कोई भी योद्धा नरश्रेष्ठ भीष्मके सम्मुख आ जाता, वह मुझे एक ही मुहूर्तमें खड़ा दिखायी देकर उसी क्षण धरतीपर लोटता दिखायी देता था | ३२ ह ।।
muhūrtadṛṣṭaḥ sa mayā patito bhuvi dṛśyate |
Sañjaya dit : «Je ne l’aperçus qu’un bref instant — puis on le vit gisant à terre. Tout guerrier qui venait se présenter devant Bhīṣma m’apparaissait debout l’espace d’un moment, et, dans ce même instant, on le voyait s’abattre sur le sol.»
