तयोर्नवरयोर्दृष्टवा तादृशं त॑ पराक्रमम्
tayor nara-varyor dṛṣṭvā tādṛśaṃ taḥ parākramam
Sañjaya dit : Ayant vu l’extraordinaire prouesse déployée par ces deux hommes d’élite, il fut saisi par la puissance de leur vaillance—signe de mauvais augure de la violence avec laquelle le conflit se déchaînait, et de la manière dont la puissance, attelée à la guerre, éprouve les limites du devoir et de la retenue.
