सम्प्रहृष्टमना भूत्वा वधे तस्य मनो दे । देवदूतका कहा हुआ यह वचन सुनकर भीष्मजीका मन प्रसन्न हो गया और उन्होंने श्ेतके वधका विचार किया ।। ९८ है ।। विरथं रथियनां श्रेष्ठ श्वेतं दृष्टया पदातिनम्‌

saṃprahṛṣṭamanā bhūtvā vadhe tasya mano dadhe | devadūtaka-kathitaṃ vacanaṃ śrutvā bhīṣmasya manaḥ prasannaṃ babhūva, śvetasya vadhaṃ cintayāmāsa ||
