दुर्मुख: सहदेवं च प्रत्युद्याय महाबलम् । विव्याध शरवर्षेण यतमानं महाहवे,महाबली सहदेव उस महासमरमें अपनी विजय-के लिये बड़ा प्रयत्न कर रहे थे। उन्हें आपके पुत्र दुर्मुखने धावा करके अपने बाणोंकी वर्षासे घायल कर दिया
sañjaya uvāca | durmukhaḥ sahadevaṃ ca pratyudyāya mahābalam | vivyādha śaravarṣeṇa yatamānaṃ mahāhave ||
Sañjaya dit : Durmukha s’avança pour affronter le puissant Sahadeva et, dans la grande bataille, tandis que Sahadeva s’efforçait ardemment d’obtenir la victoire, il le perça d’une pluie de flèches.
