The Yoga of the Imperishable Brahman
yujjann evaṁ sadātmānaṁ yogī niyata-mānasaḥ | śāntiṁ nirvāṇa-paramāṁ mat-saṁsthām adhigacchati ||
Steady inner discipline—continually yoking the self through regulated mind—leads to the highest peace, culminating in liberation, described as abiding in the Divine.
In the Bhīṣma Parva’s spiritual instruction context, Arjuna voices a doctrinal point about the yogin’s practice and its fruit: supreme peace and liberation through constant establishment in Krishna.
