तदप्यस्य शितैर्भल्लैस्त्रिधा त्रिभिरघातयत् | तब गंगानन्दन भीष्मने दूसरा अत्यन्त प्रबल धनुष हाथमें लिया; परंतु अर्जुनने तीन तीखे भल््लोंद्वारा मारकर उसे भी तीन जगहसे खण्डित कर दिया
tad apy asya śitair bhallais tridhā tribhir aghātayat |
Sañjaya dit : Même cet arc-là, Arjuna le frappa de trois flèches bhalla, tranchantes comme des rasoirs, et le brisa en trois morceaux.
