Transliteration
te tu bhittvā tava sutaṃ duḥśāsanam ayomukhāḥ
Translation
Sañjaya dit : Mais eux, au visage de fer et sans pitié, percèrent les rangs et abattirent ton fils Duḥśāsana. Ce vers souligne l’élan moral funeste de la guerre : lorsque la violence est choisie comme règle, même les puissants et les infâmes n’échappent pas à ses conséquences.
