Multiple Defensive Engagements to Protect Bhīṣma
भीमसेनस्तु राजानं बाह्लीकं प्रपितामहम् । विद्ध्वा नदन्महानादं शार्टूल इव कानने,भीमसेनने अपने प्रपितामह राजा बाह्लीकको बाणोंद्वारा घायल करके वनमें सिंहके समान बड़े जोरसे गर्जना की
bhīmasenas tu rājānaṃ bāhlīkaṃ prapitāmaham | viddhvā nadan mahānādaṃ śārṭūla iva kānane ||
Sañjaya dit : Bhīmasena, après avoir percé de flèches le roi Bāhlīka — son propre arrière-grand-père — poussa un rugissement puissant, tel un tigre dans la forêt.
