indra uvāca | kaccit sukhaṁ svapiṣi tvaṁ bṛhaspate kaccin mano-jñāḥ paricārakās te | kaccid devānāṁ sukha-kāmo 'si vipra kaccid devās tvāṁ paripālayanti ||
Indra dit : « Bṛhaspati, dors-tu dans le confort ? As-tu des serviteurs qui plaisent à ton esprit ? Ô brahmane, désires-tu encore le bien des dieux ? Et les dieux, en retour, te protègent-ils et te soutiennent-ils pleinement ? »
