Inquiry into the cause of Arjuna’s recurring hardship
Book 14, Chapter 89
Righteous rule and inner steadiness are sustained through repeated return to wise counsel—especially from a sage (Vyāsa) and a dharmic guide (Kṛṣṇa)—so that a king does not drift from dharma amid the burdens of power and aftermath.
The narrator indicates a renewed meeting: Vyāsa (Dvaipāyana) and Kṛṣṇa come again to Yudhiṣṭhira, signaling continuation or renewal of instruction, deliberation, or reassurance connected with the Ashvamedha context and the reordering of the kingdom.
