कālacakra-वर्णनम् तथा āśrama-धarma-निरूपणम्

संस्कारै: संस्कृत: पूर्व यथावच्चरितव्रत: । जातौ गुणविशिष्टायां समावर्तेत तत्त्ववित्‌

Transliteration

saṃskāraiḥ saṃskṛtaḥ pūrvaṃ yathāvac caritavrataḥ | jātau guṇaviśiṣṭāyāṃ samāvarteta tattvavit ||

Translation

Vāyu dit : «D’abord, dûment purifié par les sacrements prescrits, il faut observer correctement la discipline du brahmacarya, en étudiant selon la règle védique. Ensuite, le connaisseur de la vérité doit accomplir le rite de fin d’études (samāvartana) et entrer dans la vie de gṛhastha, en épousant une famille distinguée par de nobles qualités.»
