Book 14, Chapter 43
This verse is a colophon rather than a doctrinal statement; its function is to formally close a chapter of instruction, highlighting the importance of orderly transmission of dharma through the guru–disciple mode of learning.
The text signals the completion of the forty-third chapter within the Anugītā portion of the Aśvamedhika Parva, concluding a segment of the guru–disciple dialogue (introduced under the heading 'Vāyudeva said').
