बुद्धिह्हि व्यवसायेन लक्ष्यते नात्र संशय: । चिन्तन मनका और निश्चय बुद्धिका लक्षण है; क्योंकि मनुष्य इस जगतमें मनके द्वारा चिन्तन की हुई वस्तुओंका बुद्धिसे ही निश्चय करते हैं
buddhir hi vyavasāyena lakṣyate nātra saṁśayaḥ |
Vāyu dit : «L’intellect se reconnaît à sa puissance de résolution décisive ; là-dessus, il n’y a aucun doute. L’esprit peut nourrir des pensées et des possibles, mais c’est l’intellect qui tranche et établit ce qu’il faut admettre. Ainsi, la certitude et la décision ferme sont les marques par lesquelles l’intellect est connu.»
