एतेषां गुणतत्त्वानि वक्ष्यन्ते तत्त्वहेतुभि: । समासव्यासयुक्तानि तत्त्वतस्तानि बोधत
eteṣāṃ guṇatattvāni vakṣyante tattvahetubhiḥ | samāsavyāsayuktāni tattvatastāni bodhata |
Vāyu-deva dit : «À présent, j’exposerai, selon des principes sûrs qui mènent à la vérité, la nature réelle et le fonctionnement de ces guṇa. Je les expliquerai brièvement et en détail ; comprenez-les tels qu’ils sont, et écoutez avec un discernement attentif.»
