Yoga is to be attained through disciplined practice supported by solitude and deliberate choice of a suitable, familiar place to live—emphasizing stability, reflection, and intentional environment.
A Brāhmaṇa speaker begins instructing the listener on the practical method of attaining Yoga, advising reflection on an already known direction/region and settling in an appropriate town for sustained practice.
